Dieter Röttger
Co-FounderBorn in 1966, Dieter Röttger received his Electrical Engineering degree from Dortmund University in 1991. Until 1999, he worked at leading companies like ABB. In 1999, he joined Kostal and led the R&D team that developed one of the first 3-phase solar inverters in the industry. In 2007, he founded Entegro GMBH. He left Kostal in 2009 and co-founded Entegro Enerji Sistemleri in 2013 with Eşref Deniz.
Yusuf Ziya Doğan
Co-Founder / General ManagerBorn in 1991, Yusuf Ziya Doğan graduated from Istanbul Technical University in 2016 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He began his career at Entek Otomasyon as a Production Engineer and later served as Project Manager and Technical Director. In 2021, he joined Bosch Rexroth, taking on roles in project sales, engineering, and department leadership. After various national and international responsibilities, he co-founded Stark in 2023 with Dieter Röttger and Eşref Deniz.
Eşref Deniz
Co-FounderBorn in 1975, Eşref Deniz graduated from Dokuz Eylül University in 1997 with a degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering. He worked in various companies until 2005, when he founded Akademi Mühendislik. In 2006, he completed his master’s in Solar Energy at Muğla University. Before the introduction of licensed solar systems in Turkey, he installed many off-grid projects. He played a key role in the development of unlicensed solar projects and co-founded Entegro Enerji Sistemleri with Dieter Röttger in 2013.
